It was a long day to start out with. We, The fleet under my command--4 battleships, 7 cruisers, and 11 frigates, along with a carrier--,where chasing some unidentified ships leaving the Vega system, and heading toward Armedos. Armedos was a well developed planet, with a population of over 4 Billion, It had a city that covered 25% of the planet, and was a major place of trade. The ships we were chasing attacked a patrol, from what we can tell, they were DAC ships, But we were unable to confirm nor deny the intel. When we arrived at Armedos, the entire fleet was shocked beyond anything you could imagine. Thousands, of thousands of wrecks were in orbit, along with a massive DAC fleet assaulting the planet and its defense fleet. When we arrived we got an incoming message from the planet's Defense general requesting assistance.

Admiral: What the hell is going on here!?

General: There isn't time to explain, DAC forces have taken over most of the city, and we are losing the battle in space. They are jamming any transmission we can send out further than the solar system.

Admiral: Well try our best to remove the above fleet, you just need to make sure you can take the city back.

    I have only had 3 experiences facing a fleet, but i have studied strategies all my life, and i was prepared to take down the DAC fleet. The fleet only had 1 battleships, and half a dozen cruisers, the frigates must have been taken out in the previous struggle. With out frigates, they were prefect targets for my bombers, and i quickly ordered the carrier to release several waves of bombers, escorted by fighters. The enemy have 6 squadrons of heavy fighters, 6 fighters each, but i still have a carrier with 24 squadrons of UEC Defender fighters, 8 each, and 6 bomber Squadrons., 3 each. My Fighters were weaker than the DAC heavy fighters, but i had the numbers and Support. As i had the heavy capital ships, and cruisers attack the Battleship, and cruisers, I had the frigates help take out the heavy fighters. The enemy had no Chance, and i sustains low casualties, I lost a cruiser, and 3 frigates, The heavy fighters were more powerful than expected. Once i finished with the fleet, i contacted the defense forces.

Admiral: General, the fleet is destroyed and i am awaiting to support your ground forces.

General: Admiral, You need to get your Fleet awa-Static- AC has something under the city, its massi-Static, Then cuts out-

Admiral: General!...... damn it. Back away from the planet, we don't know what they have.

Officer: Yes Admiral.

    What i saw after that could not be explained in words... The DAC had had a secret underground hanger bay under the entire city, 50 km long, 20 Km wide. 150 Km deep. What came out of that, was thought to be impossible. This could be seen from the fleet, and we watched it from the safety of our fleet. The ground shock violently , as windows from the buildings broke, car alarms went off, and the people panic. then a crack, 40Km long, all down main street. the ground under the buildings began to move up, Buildings began to topple over like dominoes, and the biggest ship i had ever seen was revealed underneath the city that could have shaken the most experienced commanders. A Huge section of the city was destroyed when the hanger doors opened. The ship rose slowly, so hovering above the City, its main cannons began to lay waste to what was left of the city, and then proceeded to enter orbit. The Planetary defenses did little to the ship, its shields seems strong. My first thought was to jump away and get reinforcements, but i was unable to, the ship had a gravity well, so i did the only thing i could do...fight. The Frigates would be useless, so i used as a distraction, while the fighters and bombers attacked it, and the Capital Ships bombarded it. The fighters and bombers stood no chance, the point defense systems mowed them down like they were nothing, my frigates suffered the same fate, and soon the cruisers, then the carrier, then the capital ships... Except my ship...  they left it so the only thing i could do was watch... they wanted someone to see what they have made... and what horrors they could cause. most of the crew was dead, and the life support systems barely worked, and we watched the ship face toward the planet. it started to open up, revealing a massive Cannon, and the power source in the center of the ship. Three large Cylinders around the core begin to spin around it and glow, the Glow began to spread toward the front of the cannon, the barrel began to Glow a bright red. Then, what i was hopeing would never happen, and still wish it never did, the cannon unleashed a massive beam of red energy toward the planet, it hit the planet, destroying most of the city in a massive explostion, creating a firestorm that started to consume the planet, but it didn't end there. the beam continued to fire, and eventually the planet began to crack apart... and when the firestorm consumed most of the planet, it broke apart, and exploded, sending massive chunks of rock and earth everywhere. I was luck non never hit my ruined ship, and the enemies ship... was un effected due to its shields, it jumped away, and i was able to call for support. over 5 billion lives... died almost instantly... an entire planet gone, like it was never there. it was the most horrible thing i have every seen before. What has DA Corporation created.
